BEST SICILIAN PIE IVE HAD!!!! A coal oven thick crust pie has to be tricky but man did he nail it. Great char on outer edges and a good crisp on the undercarriage but the pillowy light goodness is what truly makes this to die for. The sauce is rich vibrant and tangy matched to the grande mozz that has flavor to stand out all on its own. The staff and even customers here are incredible, very well knowledged about their place and proud of their product. Great place inside for a nice little date, inviting atmosphere and plethora of choices but this I had to try and it killed my own expectations. I will be back many times over as this is my now favorite spot on the island!! Maybe square pie in general. This is same sentence equality as Brooklynn square and Davinci. Enough said:)
