Union Pizza

Great flavor, great crust excellent pizza only downside is a little bit of grease. Not Dave’s traditional bar Super thin slice definitely hits the spot on a crunchy crispy tasty pizza the staff is also very pleasant and awesome this should be added to Dave’s pizza journey when he comes to the track in Saratoga

Not half bad. The sauce is the star of the show, a cut above most small pizza shops. Cheese and ingredients A-OK, the sprinkled a little extra cheese on top of the pep & sausage which was a nice touch. But, I can’t give these slices more than a 6 because the dough inside the crust was slightly raw. That’s a full point deduction baybeeee

Pizza review time... An overall nice looking pie. There was little to no flop on the cheese side. There was a lot of grease on the pepperoni side but not terrible for the cheese side. The undercarriage was crispy but not burnt. The dough was definitely bland in flavor. It had very little taste at all! Fairly doughy too- not particularly thin. I am curious if the dough was either lacking something or had been frozen. The cheese was great. Cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. A decent proportion of cheese was used. The sauce was fairly bland as well. There wasn’t much sauce on it, but that’s typical for a Brooklyn style pie. Definitely would consider this more of a drinking pizza. Not terrible but nothing to write home about, either. 6.4-that’s a review

Bar pizza, super soggy... good flavor. Huge NY flop. Greasy as can be. 3.6 is a fair score for this under Cooked pizza. That’s a review.
