This picture doesn’t really do this pizza justice. Looks way better fresh. This was taken after a half hour of being out of the oven. I couldn’t be bothered to take a fresh picture as I was enjoying my pizza. I’m not going to stop eating a really good pizza to take a picture, unless I’m starting to get full.
Anyway, the crust game was on point. There was a perfect amount of olive oil and salt. The mozzarella was fresh. The sauce was smooth but with a little tang, very flavorful but not overpowering. Overall, this the best pizza I’ve had in Wisconsin so far.
The crust, though. The crust stole the show. It was perfect. No flop. Very light, very crispy and the stone oven gave it a nice flavor.
8.3. That’s the review.
BONUS REVIEW: I also got the rosemary bruschetta. The olive oil dip was like a vinaigrette or something. Made the bread just a bit too soggy too quickly. Other than that, the flavor was good, very tangy, but it didn’t blow me away. I might get it again sometime. 5.8.
