Listen. I’ve been in Alabama for 8 years. I’m from New Hampshire. And when I tell you I HAVE NOT HAD a good piece of pizza since I’ve been here.... until now. Valentinas is close to the house and now I know I can finally have delicious, fresh and I’m just gonna say it, PERFECT pizza. Joe knows his dough. The crust is perfection. Pictured here is the Hayley. Just do yourself and your taste buds a favor and eat here. I’m so GLAD I can finally have delicious pizza again!

Tried Valentina's for the first time today for lunch and would have to say that it is the best pizza I have had in all of Alabama. I got the Godfather which has all the specialty meats. The crust had great crunch to it and the pizza sauce was perfect. I will definitely be back for more.

Was skeptical because of the location. Middle of nowhere, next to a Chevron and an ice cream shop. BUT LET ME TELL YOU. This place is called Valentina’s but it should be called a pegasus cause it’s a fucking unicorn. Good pizza in Huntsville? Didn’t think that was even possible. But here we are. Pizza time. I ordered a classic 14” cheese, basil, and hot honey (house special sauce). Undercarriage was crispy which supported a perfect flop. No grease or cheese drip and a crust that would be comparable to the second coming. Overall, Valentina’s is the perfect spot for people who truly love an authentic pie. The owner, Famous Joe (google him now), lives and breathes the art of pizza making. You won’t regret it.
