Out here in the middle of nowhere in northern Alabama we ran into an awesome pizza spot. This guy Joe is a one-man show. He’s here every morning making everything by hand. It was very crispy throughout, undercarriage cooked perfectly. And he infused some honey with it which really worked. Highly, very highly recommend this place for anybody in the Northern Alabama Huntsville area.

It’s been a year since my last review of Valentina’s. Joe and his staff continue to create the best pizza in the southeast! The new location is great, the staff is great as always, and you just can’t beat this pizza anywhere else around here. They were recently listed as one of the top 50 best pizzas in America. That’s amazing! My family and I will never get tired of Valentina’s.
