Served hot in 3-4 minutes with a hard Ridgefield crisp and a massive Rt. 35 flop. First bite score: 6.6 The sauce is very fresh and vibrant with zero tang or seasoning. The mozzarella is middle of the road and soupy. The dough recipe is hit & miss. The undercarriage is professionally charred but too thick and chewy. The crust is spongy and uninspired. The cheese : sauce ratio is very unbalanced. Sub score: 6.1 This oversized mammoth slice could touch the high 6.0’s by reducing the size, improving the seasoning and salinity levels. They have mastered the charred undercarriage but the other elements desperately need attention! Final score...
