Vesuvio Pizza & Panini

Tucked away on the side of a nondescript Kendall plaza, Vesuvio delivers a pretty standout pie. Something about the airy, crispy—almost buttery—crust really elevates it above other local joints that opt for a more doughy-carby crust. Also, love that you can grab by the slice if you’re not feeling a whole pie. Staff was truly spectacular. Gabriela in particular was kind and attentive when there was a mishap with my Philly Cheesesteak. Sure hope she’s a manager, because she carried herself like one. Will be coming back!
