Viking Pizza Company - Spring Hill

Their Specialty Pizzas are just too much. In this case I ordered their Dragon Fire but it was just too much toppings that the pizza is way too floppy. You can’t even hold it up without everything falling off. Taste is good but not great or the best.

Their plain pizza is fire. I’m from the northeast and extremely picky when it comes to pizza. Highly recommend Viking pizza!

Pretty good pizza. Not too much flop. A little greasy on the top but I did leave it in the box for a little bit so I won’t hold that against them. Overall good pizza.

I was very disappointed in this place. They have two brick ovens and it was severely undercooked! We placed our order and we got our pizza in like less than 10 minutes. The crust did have a good crisp, but the rest of the dough was not cooked properly and was very chewy. This pizza is not worth the price. They rush the cooking process. Not enough love in this place.

There comes a time where you have to admit that something you once loved isn’t as good as you once thought. Look, this isn’t inedible by any means, but it has one overbearing issue; it’s very undercooked. It’s very soft, chewy even. I do like the taste, which is why it even has the score it does. But the dough is barely hard enough to be crust. This feels inexcusable for a brick oven pizza. What’s disappointing is that it could be much better if it was just cooked longer. Instead, it’s extremely rushed, and that’s a damn shame. Doing these reviews has put things into perspective for me; this isn’t as good as I thought it was when I had it years ago. Period.

Wood fired pizza. Good uncarage good crisp not bad

The absolute way to cook a pizza!! Very nice ovens! When they press the crust it is rubbed with olive oil I suspect. Crust had a lil flop and the perfect amount of char. The cooks was taking percise handling of pizza making sure to move the pizza around as not to burn it. Sauce was sweet and really good but needed a little more for my preference. I definitely will be back. They also have calzones and a few other items on the menu.

Ok, the prez would be disappointed, didn’t go for the gold medal slice but good pizza overall. One of the best around here for sure. A little flop, good char from the wood fired oven, sauce not too tangy. Really good pizza, give it a try if you haven’t.

True brick oven pizza in TN. Coming from New York and being italian I have to admit this is pretty good. The crust is actually awesome.
