Good pie not to much flop good tang. Good cheese. Not new haven but good

handmade crust, great open crumb, thick and a bit bready but not overly soft or chewy, great tangy sauce, good sauce cheese ratio, could have been a touch crispier; worth driving a bit for a slice, great value from hole in the wall joint
