Village Pizza

Usually keep it simple cheese but wanted a little veg. Anyway I’ve had pizza here a few times and like it.. a good bar pie as far as as thin, crispy,good undercarriage, and good ratio and flavors. All and all solid bar pie

I like this. It’s a good bar pie with a lot of local flavor. If you know Cincinnati pizza, it’s like Mio’s and Larosas’s had a baby and that baby decided to learn how to cook itself properly. The sauce is rich and the cheese is thiccc. Nice light, thin, fluffy dough with a lightly charred undercarriage and a decent crisp to hold it up. Great vibe and nice staff/owner. I’ll be back. That’s a review.

Solid square cut tavern style pie. Slightly sweet sauce but not overwhelming, nice flavors in the cheese and crust, great ratios, good bake, no flop. Appeared to be family owned and operated. Definitely the best spot in the Newtown area for za.
