The owner is from Brooklyn and is always there when I go (two to three times a week), so this place is legit. I recommend going for the small cheese as the 18” tends to be more floppy, but a good choice when feeding more people. How they make the small is perfect: crunchy, airy crust with crisp in every bite. Amazing savory sauce with premium low moisture mozzarella. This pizza never disappoints and on this particular day, it was the best it has ever been for me; enough to take the time to do my own review. I’ve had a lot of pizza in Philly and New York and this is the best I’ve had so far, but I haven’t tried them all, so can’t give this a 10.
