Vinnie’s Brick Oven Pan Pizza

Pizza looks welldone and crispy but the crust is soft . Reminded me of a frozen pizza in alot of ways . Not terrible but certainly not great .

Love this type of pizza. Reminds me of Angelonis’s.

The shredded pepperoni is up with the best I have ever had. I’d put it over Frank Pepe’s pepperoni in NH. It’s that good! This is my third or fourth pie - wanted to make sure it was their standard and it is just great! Surprised more people that I’ve spoken with don’t know the place.

Got my usual half pepperoni half cheese, but they had this unique sliced pepperoni that is a must try. I’m such a huge fan of crispy pies and this lived up to the this pan pizza expectation. Also great cheese to sauce ratio, definitely worth going out of the way for

Good pizza, but I wouldn’t drive out of my way for more. Thin crust for sure! I mostly tasted the cheese, not much of the sauce. It was slightly floppy…not a crispy undercarriage like I prefer. The top was cooked perfectly. I am curious of how the pepperoni pie tastes.

Fantastic, super thin!

Thin crust pizza that looked better than it tasted (I was expecting low to mid-8s by appearance alone). Decent undercarriage, though more chewy than crisp. The sauce wasn’t too distinctive. It's still a solid pie!

I love when work takes be to different towns: Vinnie’s Pan Pizza, Millburn. Half plain/ half shoe string pepperoni. The texture of this pan pie cannot be beat!

I love pan pizza and this place crushed it. We had the roni and the fresh strip sliced pepperoni on this pie made it incredible. Big fan.

Traditional Bar Pie, Nice, but nothing special

Pie was one of the best I’ve had in a while. Cheese tasted like cheese and had so much flavor. Sauce was fresh and mixed well with the oils. The crust was very good, baked yet crisp. Thin slice but surprising firmness. Nearly perfect ratio among all ingredients.
