A bit too greasy for my liking, a little too floppy as well. Cheese and sauce had a solid taste though. The more bites I took the higher the score went honestly. It’s solid.

A lot of dough!!! Sauce was plenty good. Cheese good. Could have used 5-7 more minutes in the oven to reduce flop and slop. My kids and wife enjoyed

Delicious slice. Great sauce, good crunch, and the cheese is perfect. However, lots of grease, and the flop is off the charts. Otherwise, though, it’s great.

Sicilian sausage pie. Great dough, hint of a sweet sauce, perfect amount of cheese needs more meat. Cook time perfect nice and crispy.
