A bit too greasy for my liking, a little too floppy as well. Cheese and sauce had a solid taste though. The more bites I took the higher the score went honestly. It’s solid.

Doesn’t look like the most beautiful slice in the world, but this thing tastes amazing. Zero flop, perfect amount of sauce, garlic was a nice touch.

Sicilian sausage pie. Great dough, hint of a sweet sauce, perfect amount of cheese needs more meat. Cook time perfect nice and crispy.
