New York Pizza Style_Dough - Fun to chew feels just right and light brown on the underside, Tomato Sauce - feel good salty with a little good water down, Mozzarella - Just the right amount with some oil the tomato sauce helped blend with the oil, Crust - Crunchy and fun feels right up my alley to pair the crust which is crispy and floury. Overall Combination - This slice worked well with all the ingredients combined, there was more tomato sauce near the crust and a decent amount of mozzarella from the center slowly becoming more tomato towards the crispy crust. I felt a variety of taste in the slice, not sure if this was done accidentally but it deserves a good score for this accidental genius coming together of a pie with a combo of mozzarella and tomato.
