Pizza Review
2 of the same locations show up. It’s the same place and my review is where it’s actually located. I’ve had this pizza a few times, this being my first cheese pizza. It’s a franchised restaurant so how good is it? To start, it’s never cooked long enough. Every time I’ve had this pizza, it’s always been cooked just enough to melt the cheese. It’s a thin pie but it needs a few more rotations on their propane fired wood stone. The dough has plenty of cornmeal underneath it to make it crispy. With some soft spots shining through. This pizza is literally ready to eat as soon as you get it. The sauce? Well, it’s non existent, almost. There’s some hints of garlic but it’s watered down. I’ve had worse sauce so it’s relatively neutral here. The cheese is corporate standard mozzarella. Is it farm fresh? No, but it does have a low milk fat content which makes it less greasy. Overall, it’s a wood fired wannabe. I will always appreciate a wood fired stone over gas. This place has better salads than they do pizza.
