West Michigan Pizza Co.

Not sure about the place before it became Quest, but this is outstanding pizza! Thin and crispy yet a touch of doughy. Not sure how you can do 90% crispy and 10% chewy, but they do.

We expected a saltier pizza because of all the meat but after dissecting it apart and trying everything the square was over salted. The pizza was not edible. Six people ate that much of a 20 inch pizza. The rest was walked to the dumpster. I called told them to check their sauce. Then called back and left message that we threw the pizza out. I will wait to see if I get a call back and give them a second chance.

Excellent flavor! The crust was a little dense, but had good flavor. I definitely recommend.

Very good pizza, great crisp, great sauce! One of my new favorites in west Michigan, and I’m from the Chicago area tuff critic here.
