We tried the deep dish as well. I gave the deep dish a 7.4. I preferred the tavern at this location so the rating is for that style.

Great Chicago style tavern pie in Seattle. I grew up on tavern style pizza in the Midwest and this is the first time I found anything like it on the West coast. The the crest was cracker thin just like it should be but the edges were a bit caramelized which is a nice bonus. The taste was very, very good. Good sauce, quality cheese and both the pepperoni and the Italian sausage were very good. I'm not scoring the deep dish but we had that as well. I thought it was really good. The only better one that I found in Seattle is Windy City pie on Phinney Ridge. I'll be back to this place, though, for the tavern style. Really good.

We got plethora of peppers, the sauce was really good, not too sweet. One of us felt it had too much sauce and peppers, while the other strongly disagreed. Decent crust. Overall good pizza

West of Chicago pizza pie, somewhere in South Seattle. Too much oregano. This sauce would be much better on pasta. Was very hungry so maybe the score is too high. Not my style of pizza but we try them all till we try them all, and it’s a 7.4. Not sure I appreciated all the chirping but that comes with the territory
