Westfield Century City

It's a neopolitan! Not very crispy, sauce is decent. Cheese is alright, standard neopolitan!

Fabulous. Great dough, crust and sauce.

Overall very good quattro formaggi at Eataly. Cheese blend was very sharp and gooey. Heavenly and fresh crust with just the right amount of blackened char. What held this slice back was the greasiness, which caused a little too much flop for my taste.
