I’ve never had sourdough crust before, but if this experience was due to that fact, I’m sold forever. Crunch was spectacular. Little to no flop (little flop likely due to the toppings). First pulled up….only one in the parking lot so started to get nervous. Boom pizza shows up and blows my socks off. My style is thin crust with some crunch and this nailed it.
