Not only is this possibly the best pizza in the state but has the credentials of winning best in the world a few years back. White Rabbit uses the same Detroit style pizzas from Rad pies that won best pan pizza at the national pizza expo specifically the one pictured in crust we trust. The hi hydration longer fermented dough is par baked then has pepperoni cooked into the side of the cheese wall crust as well as a layer between the dough and cheese. The crust is extremely crispy and freakishly tasting and different than a normal Detroit and it’s stupid light and airy. The cheese is flavorful and has a lot of pull blanketing the rest of the square and is topped with a very rich sauce, parm and more roni cups for an intense bite. I did have their hot honey roni normal Detroit style and it was equally as incredible with the sweet heat mixed in and got to enjoy a nice traditional cheese wall exterior as both pies are textbook for this style that just compress like a sponge with each crispy bite. The place is also known for a lot of other beats like burgers and sandwiches that are must try as well with awesome service and one of the coolest vibes inside that is must try from anywere in the states.
