Wicked Wood Fired Pizza

This is the Pesto Roma pie. Minimal flop and char on the undercarriage. Very nice differentiation of flavors between the cheese, tomato, and pesto. Makes you feel healthy even though it’s probably not. Extremely solid pizza.
