Wild Tomato Wood-Fired Pizza & Grille Fish Creek

Best pizza in Door County, and this location is a lot better than the Fish Creek location. Awesome atmosphere, plus it’s at an amazing beachfront location. The pizza was very tasty and filling. The weak spots come down to how crazy they went on the sausage, and it was pretty floppy. Overall though great pie and experience.

had very high expectations from the looks of this za, but I was let down by the looks. By no means is this pizza bad, but it looks a lot better than it tastes. You would expect a crunchy pizza by the look of the thin crust, but is the opposite. Almost no crunch at all. And the general taste of this pizza has a hint of a fast food hand tossed. A little disappointing, but still alright. I do declare 7.4 is the review

Should’ve ordered strictly cheese for a more official review. But the sausage pesto was solid, little floppy, lacked any real layering of flavors. Cool location and environment, Parmesan knots were terrific. Could be happy with this pizza as a regular spot but not a must have unfortunately.

Margarita pizza. Fresh tomato base. I ordered extra sauce after seeing previous reviews. Cheese fresh. Crust was perfect. Life Hack- ask for the Parmesan. It’s fresh cut local parm.

The best pizza in door county, can’t go wrong here. Great pizza, great environment, great time.

It’s average lots of cheese not enough sauce, undercarriage isn’t there just average

Nice little small town scratch made pizza. Ingredients were fresh, crust was really good with good bite. Sauasage was spot on but the sauce and cheese were little lacking in flavor. The marinara is what they should on the pizza as that was amazing. All in all of your in the area I would stop for a bite

This pizza was excellent. For those that gave poor reviews idk what they were thinking. I lived in NYC for 3 years and had some of the “best” pizza there is and if you compared them to this It would be hard to say it wasn’t on the same level.

All cheese. Super floppy. I was hoping for more sauce. Crust is the best part of the pizza. Highly enjoyed the cherry salad.

Wood fired pizza, pictured with sausage and onion. Take out order. Crust is baked well and chewy around the edges. Needs either more or better sauce, and sausage really didn’t bring much flavor.

Great sauce, amazing wood fired crust, very little flop, pepperoni pairs with the pizza amazingly, and the cheese is phenomenal. This guy knows what he’s doing.
