Wiseguy Pizza Pie

I enjoyed it being molten hot out of the oven. Good crisp on the crust. All around good pizza.

Really good. Crispy, great crust, lite. You could house a medium easy by yourself.

Looks like a 6, but tastes like a 7, which is why it squeaked up to a 7.1. A thin slice with no flop and a little char is the way to my heart and the way this slice came together led me to housing the whole thing. With higher quality ingredients and a Woodfire grill, this could be a banger. Definitely worth a shot if you’re in the area! 7.1, that’s the review!

This is far better than expected given the remote location. Decent sauce, a little more would have helped, nice bake. On par with pizza back home on the East Coast. I can’t imagine there’s anything better within a several hundred miles

Solid ski town pie….not quite New York style, but very little flop, great crunch. Crust could use a bit more salt, but I’ve got to be honest Frankie….it’s not bad. How’s my hair…..that’s a review.
