Great crisp and consistency, no flop. Fresh and hot NY slice with good undercarriage. Decent crust. Flavor profile is a tad muted, which is why you can’t go 8+, but it’s a very good spot for a slice.

I liked this a lot. Very thin. Crispy but light crust. Good tasting sauce and cheese in good proportions.
