Cheese was excellent. Tasty and plentiful. Crust was thin, with some char on the edges. Too much glop though as the thin crust couldn’t hold the volume of cheese. Sauce ok. Overall taste very good.
Purported to be New Haven style but I don’t see or taste that. Wasn’t a wood burning oven and wasn’t flavorful dough. Dough was pressed by a machine and pizza was cooked partway on a metal screen. Pizza was served on a metal tray though, like in New Haven. Would try it again, maybe pepperoni next time
