Another reminder that the Margherita is not my favorite style of pizza. Even if cooked in a wood fired oven. Kudos for making your own motz, but I should have tried the version with Buffalo motz. Crust was okay but major flop with the cheese dropping off. Just didn’t do it for me. Sauce did not stand out and all. And if you are going to do a margherita, three leaves of basil doesn’t cut it.
