My wife is from Buffalo and this is accurate Buffalo style pizza, it’s heavy with cheese and crust is thicker than a NY style but it ain’t Sicilian thick. Sesame seed crust has a nice taste. Not the type of pizza I’d get every week but, every other month or so for it being unique. Good neighborhood pizza or if you’re in need of a WNY flavor.

At first glance very greasy and no crisp on the slice. I was spot on. Was looking forward to it as friends said this place is good. It’s a slight step from dominos and very pricey.

This was just as delicious as their uptown location. Bumping the tally a 1/2 point after eating this superb buffalo style crust and semi-sweet sauce. Best pie in CLT to date, as consistency is KEY for Bisonte. Pro Tip: Order the stinger sandwich with gold sauce. Best subs/rolls in CLT.
