Sauce, good. Cheese, good. Crust, too thick, soft and doughy. Asked for extra crispy and this could have been cooked more IMO for ‘well done’

Usually one of my favorites but very over cooked this time. Still good. Could be better.

My wife is from Buffalo and this is accurate Buffalo style pizza, it’s heavy with cheese and crust is thicker than a NY style but it ain’t Sicilian thick. Sesame seed crust has a nice taste. Not the type of pizza I’d get every week but, every other month or so for it being unique. Good neighborhood pizza or if you’re in need of a WNY flavor.

At first glance very greasy and no crisp on the slice. I was spot on. Was looking forward to it as friends said this place is good. It’s a slight step from dominos and very pricey.

This was just as delicious as their uptown location. Bumping the tally a 1/2 point after eating this superb buffalo style crust and semi-sweet sauce. Best pie in CLT to date, as consistency is KEY for Bisonte. Pro Tip: Order the stinger sandwich with gold sauce. Best subs/rolls in CLT.
