TLDR; perfectly edible for fast pizza.
I like the concept of “Subway” style pizza places (this, Pie 5, etc.), my only complaint is that they all seem to undercook just a little. I know that speed is part of the business plan, but another minute in the oven would make a huge difference.
That said, sauce was solid. Cheese was a little too oily (firmed lots of weird oil bubbles as it sat).
Nothing I’ll crave, but I’d eat it again.
