Blaze Pizza

TLDR; perfectly edible for fast pizza. I like the concept of “Subway” style pizza places (this, Pie 5, etc.), my only complaint is that they all seem to undercook just a little. I know that speed is part of the business plan, but another minute in the oven would make a huge difference. That said, sauce was solid. Cheese was a little too oily (firmed lots of weird oil bubbles as it sat). Nothing I’ll crave, but I’d eat it again.

Kinda cool to see your pizza made like a subway sandwich. Sauce is boring.

Had very low expectations going in considering this was a chain pizza place. Going through the pizza assembly line my expectations sunk even lower. Pre-stretched dough and not the best looking ingredients. What they do have is a decent wood-fire oven. I wasn’t expecting to go out of the fours and went with a white pie with sausage and meatballs, fresh garlic and ricotta because my expectations for the crust and sauce were so low I had to go to flavor town on the toppings. All being said, better than I expected but still not very good. 5.1!!! Crust was very underwhelming.

Sold pie the sauce has a good taste and the oven they use cooks the pizza very fast and gives it a nice crunch.

Pretty solid pizza. One draw back was the amount of flower on the bottom of the crust. Every piece had to be dusted off...

One bite, everybody knows the rules.

Very good. Got the spinach chicken pesto pizza. So good. Workers could use some work on competency though
