Borgata (W. Dublin Granville). 12” cheese, 12” white, 20” pep.
This pizza did not live up to the expectations and hype. I like the NY style (better than the paper thin stuff around here), but it was not cooked enough. No crisp and a TON of flop. Needed another 5 minutes in the oven.
Cheese and pep were quality and very good, but I felt the sauce need a little more kick. It was somewhat bland.
I’m giving this a 7.4. It’s a quality pie, but not the “best in Columbus” as it’s been billed
