Pizza Review
Went this past May. I really wanted to like this. Nice color on the undercarriage. From everything I’ve read about this place I am sure this is a thoroughly researched and tested dough recipe, but you can see the cheese is not cooked, creating a very soggy slice. Also, WAY too heavy on the Parmesan post bake. The Bee Sting was better than the cheese and pepperoni pies we got. A lot of potential here if they lay off the parm and get a more even bake on the cheese. May be a QC problem with the preppers. For now a 6.4.
