Brooklyn Pizza Masters

No flop. Cheesy as hell. Flavor like no one’s business. The cheese though. It hit my tongue and just melted into pure perfection. I’m going a bit higher than Dave here because of the cheese. So so so so so so good. And the CRUNCH! Ask for it well done!!!

Good taste and crisp but very greasy. Specialties are ridiculous

The crust and quality of toppings puts it miles ahead of most slice shops in NYC. It’s really good

Minimal crunch in the slice bianco, good crunch on the blackberry square. Flavor was good on both but needed more salt

Stopped here in between apartment viewings; it seemed to be the only place in the area that Portnoy gave a high score to. The slices are large with a thick layer of cheese. Not as thin or crispy as I was anticipating, but still has a solid firm in that it doesn’t have much of a NY flop. Notable combination of flavor.

Revue 488. $4.00 slice a bit larger. Again thin slice but this had a lot of flop and grease. However the sauce and cheese mix was very good and the undercarriage and crisp throughout and the crust had very good crisp

Just your classic NYC neighborhood slice. Very good, no flop, crispy crust, and good cheese.

Real good NY slice!

Professional Sports Leagues always have a spring training or a pre season. Well no different for pizza. Pizza season starts next week but this is a little warm up. A lil pre season. A little yankee blue jersey slices. Well we got off to a good start here. Brooklyn Pizza Masters pretty gosh darn good. Got myself the upside down Sicilian and the regular slice. Upside Down Siciliano pretty good. Hard to go wrong with that these days. Good crunch, good amount of sauce. Now to the regular. The regular pretty straight forward slice. A natural slice. A professional slice. A fresh pie would definitely hit the friggin spot. Anyway Spring Training is over. Next week Elroy and I move onto the game. Opening day next week. And this year unlike the fucking Yankees were going to hold the trophy.
