Brother Bruno's Pizzeria Middletown

Finally our first pizza review in Orange County! I never had it before but Michael probably has, really good pizza there! Even though it’s a little greasy which it ends with some flop. The weird part that it’s also crispy at the same time as for the crust, still enjoyed it. The grandma slice was also tasty. Grandma slice: 8.4 Michael’s rating: 8.3 Grandma slice: 8.3

No plain. Out of plain and most slices. Got broccoli white and grandma. Always good. Always fresh tasting. So consistent. That’s worth a bunch.

Really good undercarriage, good flavor, thin and crispy.

Solid sauce and really good cheese. Was really floppy, overly greasy, and the dough reminded me of something that I used to get at an arcade when I was a kid. So far best I've had in Orange county but that isn't saying much. Saw the high scores expected more Middletown.

Crispy and thin, had a heated up slices vs a fresh pie, which I think might have made it a little less flavorful. But all in all solid slice.

Crust is doughy not crisp at all very chewy!

At time of order this place was rated 8.5. No way, not even close. Crust was rubbery, decent sauce. huge lack of cheese, some slices had none.
