If you like coal fired pizza that hits hard on flavor but still eats clean, Bucks needs to be on your radar.
I just had the Florida Man Pizza. Pepperoni cups that char at the edges and hold little pools of grease like they are supposed to. Crumbled meatballs that taste like they were made by someone who actually cares, not dumped out of a bag. Ricotta dollops that melt into the cheese and soften the whole bite. Then the hot honey comes in at the end and ties everything together with that sweet heat that makes you go right back in for another slice.
The crust is the star. Coal fired, properly blistered, crisp on the outside, still has chew, and it holds the weight. No soggy middle. No sad flop. It has that smoky edge that makes the whole pie taste like it came out of a real oven, not a conveyor belt.
This is the kind of pizza that would play extremely well on camera because it looks the part too. The pepperoni cups, the char, the shine from the honey, the structure in the slice.
Frankie is doing it right back there. If you are looking for a spot that deserves a proper One Bite visit, this is it.
Portnoy, pull up to Florida and give this one a fair shake. I think this lands HIGH!
