Good looking slice. Thin and crisp with true NY style cheese. Crust was lacking some flavor.

Capo’s is doing four different Chicago styles plus Detroit style. They crush it across the board. Particular standouts for me are the Cast Iron Pan “Dillinger” and the Cracker Thin “Johnny Torrio”.

Closest thing to Chicago style deep dish I’ve found outside of Chicago. Amazing!

Dillinger is very good. Love the Detroit crisp on the edges!

Deep Dish review… Great sauce, super fresh cheese, crispy and tasty crust with a dry undercarriage, Not my favorite style of pizza but I’ll definitely be back. Best deep dish I’ve had in the Bay Area!

They left us sitting forever turns out they never put the order in, so they rushed one out. Cold and barely done. I suspect they’re premade and sitting in a walk-in. My 4.1 is generous for this pie.

Paper thin yet zero flop thanks to that undercarriage, excellent crisp but chewy, tangy sauce, good balance of sauce and cheese, not greasy, could easily crush this whole pie. This could go higher if it didn’t have the “sand”. Going out on a limb, this is the best pizza I’ve had in SF!

Off the charts. The deville cracker crust with hot oil is the best pizza I’ve ever had. Never dropped a 10 here before

Best deep dish on the west coast , sauce is incredible, ricotta is fluffy and savory , the dough is thick but well balanced . Wonderful pie

Rookie score, we know. But some things just round. Legit pie. Little too saucy. Good crust. Definitely put this in the rotation.

8” deep dish. Pretty spot on for Chicago style. Crust was nice and thick. Sauce brings a lot of flavor.
