I don’t understand the local hype. The pizza is very disappointing. Let’s start with the good. The sausage and what little sauce that was on the pizza was good. Now the not so good. They put very little sauce or cheese on the pizza. The crust was very subpar. It had a little taste, and was very underdone/almost soggy in the middle of the pizza. I had asked to have my pizza cooked a little longer than normal because I like a crunchy crust. When I picked the first slice up, it was the floppiest pizza I’ve ever seen. It’s a shame, because it’s a cool atmosphere. Unfortunately, I will not be back.
