Pizza Review
Coal fired pizza. Not your typical coal fired was very doughy and the bottom was floppy not firm. Didn’t take away from the pie, just not what you typically get with this style. The drawbacks of the pie were I thought it had a bit too much cheese and the end crust was very dense instead of airy. Overall a good pie but I felt could’ve easily gone higher. Check out the Italian bakery next door (same name) once you’re done with your pizza. Everything I had from there was great.
