Pizza Review
I was expecting a lot more given the hype. The cheese isn’t as fresh as you’d expect and the sauce is adequate. The real dealbreaker is the undercarriage. It tastes much like a pie crust you would find in an actual pie (i.e. key lime or pecan) which is thick and strong. The crust edges are pretty good but a little burnt. I can understand why some would like this style of pizza, but I just didnt click with it, especially given how hyped I was.
