Another hard hitter off the boards. It’s eveything you expect it to be. Great crisp, awesome flavor, but it’s obvious they got the Portnoy Rub. Better than Vic’s but not as good as Santillos. They also don’t answer the phone, so that’s not a good look. Minus .1

Excellent! Nice and crisp. Light sauce with good flavor. No flop and just the right amount of charring.

Definitely a great pizza, and by the best in all of Arkansas. But don’t let the location fool you, this pizza competes with some of the best in the nation. The crisp is unreal. Although in the pizza I received can ere on the burnt side. I’m talking blackened crust that tastes overly charred and bitter. But despite that, the cheese is amazing, and the sauce has great flavor, but was on the lighter side. A smaller amount of that sauce would have really set this pizza apart. They are only open Thursday-Sunday and are always packed. Reservations only reserve you a pizza dough. NOT your seat. So plan ahead, and come early to beat the rush. You won’t want to miss this one.

Crust and undercarriage perfect. Perfect amount of cheese and great flavor. Sauce very good wish it had more flavor.

Extremely mid. Asked for the pie well done and it was forgotten. They definitely kept Dave’s pie in the oven for a lot longer. The oven is amazing just the pizza itself is extremely mediocre. The oven gives the dough a good crisp but nothing else is special about it and the sauce and cheese sometimes give fresh vibes and sometimes give cafeteria vibes.

I tried both the classic plain pie and the meat lovers, and both were delicious. I preferred the meat lovers, but I recommend it as a must-have if you're in Jersey!

Pizza was definitely very crispy and charred however not sure about everyone else but their was definitely flop with both pies I ordered. The sauce lacked any real punch to it. Cheese was a little on the heavy side and very cooked with pockets of bubbles. Not a bad slice but nothing worth driving more than 30 min for if youre in the area. As a jersey native ive had a lot of pizza and it is no doubt great but the barstool hype is not there for me.

Very high quality ingredients! Especially the sauce. Definitely try the chicken parm slice

Great cook but lacked the flavor needed to get into next tier. Strong option for the area.

DeLucia’s Brick Oven Pizza in Raritan, NJ was about 20 minutes away from my speaking gig today. I had to go. And it did not disappoint! Amazing pizza! Look at that crust! The only place that beats this for me is Sally’s Apizza in New Haven, CT, giving DeLucia’s a tie for second place with Regina’s Pizzeria in Boston’s North End.

I drove six hours to get a pizza here. I was going to be in North Jersey anyway, but DeLucia's was still a 1.5 hour detour. It was worth it. When I got there the Open sign was turned off and the door said Sold Out. I went in to see when I had to order tomorrow to make sure I got a pizza. Living six hours away doesn't give me much opportunity to get one of their famous pizzas. The guy behind the counter asked me what I wanted and said they could get me one if I could wait a bit. They rang me up and 20 minutes later they brought me a pizza. They didn't have to squeeze me in, but they did. They're obviously not hurting for my $25, they're doing great business. The pizza did not disappoint. The crust was excellent... Great char, great crunch and great flavor. The sauce was bright and sunny, a light paste like texture and just slightly sweet. The cheese was blistered, hotter than lava and fantastic. All the layers were perfectly melded together. No flop, no slippage... just perfect bites of pizza, each bite. I'm not a pizza snob, but I've never had a better pizza. This is what pizza was destined to be.

They gotta get that soupy cheese under control. The crust was to die for though.

Wait time was an hour and a half, polite staff and reasonable prices. The pizza was good, but not my favorite style. It was almost overcooked, in my opinion.

For an hour drive from where I live, wasn't exactly worth what we got. Pizza was great when steaming, but lost quality quickly when cooled off.
