DeLucia's Brick Oven Pizza

Make no mistake, this is very good to excellent pizza. I’ve been planning on getting to this place for a while and just hadn’t made the trip to Raritan. Fortunately, work brought me into the area with an associate of mine. Unfortunately, the crisp wasn’t quite there on this one. We were told to pick up our pie at 17:30 and we arrived at 17:28ish and our pizza was done. It wasn’t hot which means it had been sitting. This would explain the flop factor which we observed, which occurs when the pizza sits too long in the box. The flavor was very good. Cheese was quality and sauce was quite balanced. Overall, I highly recommend and would consider this place as one of the better establishments I’ve been to. It is definitely worth your time.
