DeLucia's Brick Oven Pizza

This was actually my second attempt at this pie and I had to modify it to “not so well done”. The first one was so burnt and not edible. I couldn’t eat it, it turned to bitter ashes with every bite. It would’ve been a 1/10 but they deserved another shot. I went one day and their water was out and they helped like the first 20 people there I was first on the line waited for like 3 hours. That was the burnt pie so I gave them another chance. This pie was still burnt but not as bad, the sauce and cheese were great but I couldn’t taste the dough because it was still ashes in most parts underneath.
