Don Antonio

Don Antonio’s is serving up the kind of Neapolitan pizza you’d expect from a place that knows what it’s doing. The flavor was tremendous right out of the gate, though it could have used just a touch more salt to really pop. The undercarriage was perfectly charred—exactly what you want in this style—and the crust was exceptionally well cooked. Light, airy, and with just the right chew, it checked all the boxes of a proper Neapolitan pie.

Looked better than it tasted. Pizza was super under cooked. So doughy it was hard to eat. Taste was nothing special and way overpriced

You can not come in here expecting an American style pizza, we got the Montanara, it was a delicious pizza. Worth every penny.

Margherita pie: decent neopolitan pie; cheese is good quality; ; very good sauce; very good dough; nice crisp and char on the crust; gets pretty wet and floppytowards the end of every slice; very sloppy, cheese is not uniform at all, feels like many bites barely had any cheese or it slipped off; no basil flavor aside from the two bites where I actually ate each piece of basil
