Frank's Pizza

I will firstly the pizza score was accurate. It was good. As for the rest of the order not so much. We got the wrong food. Told the person serving us twice. Once when he came and asked how everything was. We even gave the plate back with the food and said I won’t eat it because I don’t eat these items. No replacement, just ignored. Then the lady came and asked if wverything was ok and if we needed a box, to which I replied yes but we got the wrong food. I didn’t ask for anything except topping up our drinks for the mistake. She said NO they are too big (large drinks) , nevermind our lunch was almost $80. Lousy customer service, and she was only nice and apologetic after I said keep the refills and I don’t need your refund, I just wanted my food right, or someone to act like they gave a shit, or $0.50 worth of refills. I guess she saw this potential review coming. Good pizza-Bad business. But then again customers are just number once you get the Prez rating apparently.
