Baked ziti slice

Heard mixed things, pleasantly surprised with a very respectable slice at a party. A classic “football pizza”

Good sauce but very floppy.

Has all the appearances of a well constructed slice... no flop, good look and texture. Unfortunately it’s exactly as I’ve remembered from years of living in garden city, a bit too much cardboard taste from the crust and the strong cheese taste overwhelms the sauce.

Solid slice with a good crunch and an abundance of tasty cheese. Only demoted bc sauce could use more flavor.
