In Chicago for a few days, so obviously I had to try deep dish pizza for the first time, and unfortunately I’m not too crazy about it. This place is widely regarded as one of the better deep dish spots in Chicago, and I believe that it probably is. With that being said, this style of pizza just doesn’t really do it for me. There’s just way too much of everything. There is so much cheese inside of each slice that it makes the slice unappetizing, and the crust is a massive chunk of boring-tasting bread that hasn’t been cooked long enough.
