Herbs & Dough

This is our second Poughkeepsie pizza to try. We thought it’s going to be good, but it turned out to be disappointing. By the look of the cheese, it’s not fresh quality pizza and it’s pretty doughy. And when we tasted it, we don’t like it that much. It’s a little mushy and the crust has no crisp. However, after getting the second slice, this part gets worse. I found a piece of hair underneath my slice! That part was completely unacceptable! Sorry, but we’re not a fan of this pizza. Hopefully other pizzerias in Poughkeepsie will be better than that. Pepperoni review because they’re out of plain. Pretty bush league to shut down production at 735pm but who am I to judge. Very cool spot, probably sells more pasta than anything else. Served extremely hot, and was a doughy, garlicky, oily mess. The ingredient quality was pretty good and I’m assuming the place is new so I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt. Even still, below average total product.

Love everything about the pizza. Good sauce. The crust has a great crunch.
