Eye test- questionable Facility impression- in the middle of nowhere, blue collar work crowd, nice selection, excellent staff Standard triangle for the official score Cheese- American cheese quality, not an Italian quality. Also has a low quality vibe. Detracts a lot. Somewhat subtle but lacks sophistication badly Dough- reasonable crunch, no special taste Sauce- unremarkable Ratio- too much cheese Execution- not great. Cheese is the killer Triangle standard is 5.4 Square too radically different to justify including in overall score. Way better. Sauce has excellent spices. Execution profoundly better. 7.7 on the square. No fancy quote for today’s review

Very good slice. High quality cheez. Sauce is extravagant.

Slight bias because I grew up with this slice but to be fair it’s an average slice. Slightly under cooked and a little heavy on the cheese but it’s good pizza made by some of the nicest guys ever!
