Monster score incoming. I got the New Haven style pepperoni and the New York style plain cheese (owner makes the sourdough starter with imported New York tap water). The New Haven style was the clear winner for me, it was spot on after having true apizza from some of the best in Connecticut. A tad bit salty but it wasn’t too much to where it made me stop! We got a true gem here in la pecora.

Ok, this is a Neapolitan pizza place. A good one. My beef with Neapolitan is the undercooked and sometimes even soupy middle. This place is probably the best Neapolitan in the area. On Dave’s Neapolitan scale I’d say 7.8. I saw they advertised a New Haven style though so had to try it. I have to give them credit, they got the center firmer and got a tiny bit of char in places. But not really New Haven Apeetz style. On a Dave New Haven scale I’d say 7.3 maybe 7.4. That’s still a good score. But if you just forget about labels and everything I’ll go 7.7. That’s a review

VERY GOOD. Not crispy, but doughy enough to taste like you’re eating a bosco bread stick. (8.6 if it came out quicker)

Best pizza I’ve ever had. Hands down best in Cleveland. Whoever left that review below me shouldn’t even count wtf is that pizza bro it has a flower
